Our new LightSCOPE is an automated non-contact measurement system that offers high-speed and extremely accurate measurements of complex components in a flexible configuration that is easily retrofitted to the Adcole 911. LightSCOPE is ideally suited to measurement tasks for camshaft, eccentric shaft, extrusion and compressor shaft, transmission shaft, turbine shaft fabrications and other high precision cylindrical parts.

The LightSCOPE system has 4 axes of motion that enable the scanner to scan from multiple directions. With accuracy of just a few microns, feature measurements are calculated from a point cloud generated by the scanner. Complex components such as timing wheel angles or the position keyway location and width can be measured without special adapters or part preparation.
