Affordable Upgrade for Model 911 Gage Versatility

The Adcole LightSCOPE™ laser triangulation optical measurement system is engineered to complement Adcole Corporation’s family of industry-leading tactile measurement gages. The LightSCOPE system benefits advanced manufacturers with fast, efficient, and extremely accurate measurement data. The LightSCOPE system is ideal for measuring challenging features on camshafts, cylinder head cover modules, eccentric shafts, extrusion and compressor shafts, sliding camshafts and base shafts, transmission shafts, turbine shaft fabrications and other precise cylindrical parts.

The LightSCOPE system has 4 axes of motion that enable the scanner to scan from multiple directions. With accuracy of just a few microns, feature measurements are calculated from a point cloud generated by the scanner. Complex components such as timing wheel angles or the position keyway location and width can be measured without special adapters or part preparation.
