Adcole Model 1310: High-Speed In-Line Measuring Gage
Overview

The Adcole Model 1310 gage is specifically designed for high speed in-line crankshaft measurement—making it perfect for fully automated, high-speed production lines. With unprecedented sub-micron accuracy, it can easily monitor and maintain the machining process in real-time for up to 200 parts per hour.

Once a part is placed in the gage, it only takes a matter of seconds for the entire part to be measured and computed. Any camshaft that exceeds the assigned part print tolerance is typically removed from the line for further review, along with a printed report.
