Adcole Model 1100-GX
Overview

The adaptable Adcole Model 1100-GX gage is engineered to operate in production environments. Designed to measure a broad range of part lengths and configurations, this rugged, versatile gage offers the latest in motion control, signal processing and linear encoder technologies. The newly redesigned gage is economical, fast, and offers these accuracy specifications: 0.016 μm radial resolution, headstock runout <0.1 μm, ± 0.5 μm system radial accuracy,  ± 0.2 μm follower encoder accuracy, ± 2.0 μm/100mm axial accuracy, and 0.00001° angular resolution.

  • Linear encoder-based design offers submicron radial accuracy and repeatability. System radial accuracy is ± 0.5 μm which includes spindle runout, follower motion accuracy and an x-axis radial accuracy of ± 0.2 μm
  • 1100-GX gage includes expanded tactile and optical measurement options in a rugged and adaptable design
  • 3D Color Map and Program Builder software data analysis provides reporting, including: part summary, part programming, inspection packages, dimensions, calculated values for elements
