Model 911 Cylindrical Coordinate Measuring Machine

The Adcole Model 911 is the world standard for camshaft measuring throughout the reciprocating engine industry. This gage is also ideal for measuring pistons, pump rotors and housings, transmission shafts and any other cylindrical components. Adcole gages can be located in clean inspection lab environments or right out on the shop floor. Measured results are displayed on a touchscreen monitor and can be printed/plotted or simply up-loaded electronically for historical tracking.

 

Vertical part orientation provides the optimum measurement results with no need for sag correction while minimizing floor space requirements. The tailstock can be adjusted very simply to compensate for changes in part lengths. Parts are rotated and measured for a full 360 degree analysis of each feature.
