Measuring Machine Support

Adcole Corporation has a distinguished history of supporting customer installations around the world over many decades. Customer support activity includes many activities which are listed below. Machine Support:

  • Machine preventative maintenance, repair and replacement parts.
  • Training on machine operation and troubleshooting.
  • ISO 9000 annual certification.

Application Support:

  • Training on gage sequence writing.
  • Contract part sequence writing.
  • Custom measurement software for unusual or new parameters or emerging needs such as special chatter analysis techniques.
  • Upgrading software to newer versions of Windows or Adcole measurement software.

Machine Retrofit/Upgrades:

  • Replace out modeled electronics, operating system software and Adcole measuring software.
  • Rebuild and update older equipment to extend the useful life of the machine.

Inspection Services:

  • Prepare measurement sequences and measure proto-type parts on demonstration gages at Adcole engineering centers around the world.
